After good portion of graphs and tables, it is probably quite clear to everybody, what is hidden inside our hig-end contenders. Actual leaders are slowly loosing their positions. It used to be a time of Zalman VF900, which was than pushed back by Thermalright HR-03, and nowadays there is a new Accelero S1 degrading its competitors. Rather lengthy proccess of its design has brought fruits; its performance potential is amazing. I guess, Arctic Cooling Company, made a step further, and S1 and S2 models are going to be very sought after. We prooved qualities of S1 model, and I bet, S2 is going to demonstrate its eligibilities in its category. Accelero, with its elaborated construction, representing today’s knowledge in passive cooling solutions, must be admirable not only by demanding users, as who would not like this great performing, and completely silent cooler, available for bargain prize.

Era of small coolers is nearly forgotten. Requirements of graphic cards for heat dissipation are continually growing and VGA coolers follow the trend. Also users are more and more demanding, and go for efficient and silent cooling solutions. Buzzing coolers are quickly loosing their positions. Arctic Cooling Company has chosen right direction and it is demonstrating its new cooling philosophy with S1 and S2 models. It use to be a time, when Thermalright with HR-03 was presenting excellent innovative option, this is over. Today, HR-03 has kind of difficulties to compete with new Arctic Cooling products; and remains “past generation”, together with Zalman and Zerotherm, which stated their positions as figurants. I suppose, this fact will lead, to loosing their popularities very quickly.
